Cancellation Policy

✨ Swept Away Lashes – Salon Policies Booking & Deposits A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service total. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or a 50% fee. ⸻ No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be required to prepay for future bookings. ⸻ Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to fully enjoy your experience. Clients arriving 15 or more minutes late will need to reschedule and possibility loss of deposit ⸻ Refund Policy All services and purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds.
